Today’s post is one that I am SO excited to share with you!

I have just one answer: Online BlogCon.
Okay, maybe that’s not the only answer, but it’s a big one! I started Love Grows Wild in April of 2012, and last Fall I heard through the grapevine about this online conference for bloggers that I was really interested in. The big blog conferences often cost a pretty penny to attend, not to mention all the travel and accommodation costs that come with it! But this conference was different:
– It was very reasonably priced.
– It was not nearly as intimidating as showing up to a huge conference as a newbie blogger.
– I could attend from the comfort of my own home. In my pajamas. While stuffing my face with cookies.
I was SOLD!
I attended the conference last year, learned a ton, found a blogging community, met some fantastic new friends, and began to grow my blog to what it is today. I still feel like I am such a small blogger compared to some of my favorite blog buddies, but I can look back a year ago at my photography, writing, blog design, stats, etc. and see just how far I’ve come. It’s such a good feeling!
So when tickets became available to this year’s OBC (Online BlogCon), I happily purchased a full conference ticket and marked the dates on my calendar! The conference is coming up in just a few weeks, on October 8 – 12, and I wanted to share my fantastic experience with you all and how you can attend OBC too! Since it’s an online conference, tickets are unlimited, so there is still plenty of room available!
So here’s some of the basic OBC information:
You can go to the Online BlogCon website and check out the conference schedule, see who the speakers will be, and most importantly REGISTER for the conference!

I have been debating signing up for this conference and I think you have sold me! I just started blogging about 6 months ago and would love to hear how others have grown their blogs!
I didn’t realize that you started blogging around the same time as I did at Architecture of a Mom (I started at the end of February 2012). I always assumed you had been doing it longer–you blog looks it! Definitely hoping that I win this one!

As a beginner blogger an online conference is perfect since finding a sponsor is made that much more difficult because you don’t have a large following and essentially have nothing to offer a company. What a great idea for a conference!
